Summary

Blessed with an above average aptitude for mechanical engineering, Hroviin Bhrash is not like most others of his species - rarely displaying the normal superior attitude Bolians are renown for. This attitude comes from being raised by his human governess while his birth parents focused more on social climbing then their family dynamic, and he was more then happy to get away from it all by joining Starfleet, first as an enlisted crewmember before eventually becoming an officer. He began his career on the Courageous as an assistant chief engineer, and is a hold over from the former crew, replacing the previous chief after her death during the Dominion War, being placed in charge of the refit and rebuild after the Battle of Cardassia Prime. He then stayed on once the ship was returned to active duty and assigned to its current position, hoping that the generally slow work giving him plenty of time to tweak and refine the ship’s systems more to his liking.
