Hydran Great Seal of Honor None
The Hydran Great Seal of Honor, often referred to as the Royal Great Seal of Honor because it was personally awarded by the Hydran King (or to survivors if awarded in a posthumous capacity), was the highest decoration of the Hydran Kingdom that could be awarded to non-Hydrans. It was bestowed on any individual who distinguished himself or herself by performing an act (or acts) of "...extreme gallantry in service, above and beyond the call of duty..." although some recipients of the decoration were awarded the decoration as rescuers or, more recently, by people who broke Hydran records of "gallantry", like the highest ratio of evacuees to maximum evacuation capacity.
