The IKS Nagh'yeq was a VodleQ-class heavy cruiser that saw service with the Klingon Empire during the 24th century. (Ship Recognition Manual, Volume 4: Starships of the Original Series Era)
During the Liberation of Betazed, the Nagh'yeq destroyed three Jem'Hadar battle cruisers, opening a major hole in the Dominion's lines.
