The IKV Naq'jej was a Klingon starship commanded by Golar, after defeating Captain Korand in a mutiny that lasted for three days. She was one of the ships present at the inuguration of Unity One Starbase. (TNG video game: Starfleet Command III)
In 2384, she took part in Operation Telenoes alongside the GHS Marianela and the USS Bianca in order to root out the Prime Industries pirate cartel. (RIS Bouteina)
