The ISS Phoenix-X (briefly named Phoenix-V) was a Terran Rebellion starship in the late 24th century. In the 2370s, it was built as Prometheus-class starship based on schematics stolen from the prime universe, until being destroyed in 2375. By 2394, the ship was put back together, piece by piece. (Star Trek: Phoenix-X)

Twenty-four Phoenix-ships came and went, quickly, in an attempt to construct the Phoenix-X. ("Phoenix Meltdown, Mirroreversal")

The Prometheus-class ISS Phoenix-X was built in the mirror universe by special Terran technicians over the course of four years. The ship was based on schematics stolen by Smiley, acquired in the original universe, on Deep Space 9, when he acquired Defiant class schematics. ("Mirrorlyness!")

In 2375, the ship was finally launched. A crew comprised of Terrans, defecting Klingons, and a rogue changeling captain took use of the vessel. The Klingons had lied about their defecting from the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance, originally meaning to take over the ship themselves. Captain Daniel briefly named the ship the Phoenix-V, but the ship was quickly destroyed by the USS Phoenix-X when accidentally brought into the primary universe (who had thought were duplicates of themselves). The Terran Rebellion crew were later eventually brought back to life by an omnipotent being, named Rein in 2383. ("Pure Evil", "Broken Pieces")

Fake ship; USS Fusion[]

In 2383, the USS Fusion was hijacked and its crew killed before it was brought into the mirror universe.

When the rogue changeling Daniel and his crew were brought back to life by the omnipotent being called Rein, in the original universe, they moved quickly to hijack the nearest Federation starship. Rein, forced by Q, sent the crew and the ship back into the mirror universe. There, the Klingon-half of the crew completed their original mission of re-taking the Federation starship for the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance.

Because General Verticon was expecting a ship called the Phoenix-X to be delivered, Red and the rest of the Klingon crew changed the name of the ship from "Fusion" to "Phoenix-X". ("Broken Pieces")

In 2394, the ship was put back together, piece by piece, and manned by the Terran Rebellion crew who escaped capture from the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance. ("Phoenix Meltdown, Mirroreversal")
