The Interstellar Concordium (abbreviated as ISC) was a technologically advanced collection of races located on the far side of the Beta Quadrant, beyond the Gorn-Romulan border. The Concordium was composed of over sixty sentient species occupying over two hundred settled worlds, and controlled a sphere of influence only slightly smaller than the Federation. The Declaration of Ideals was the founding focument of the ISC. Also, the Korlivilar and the Q'Naabians were two of the main races of the ISC. (TOS video game: Starfleet Command Volume II: Empires at War)
The capital planet of the ISC was ISC Prime. (formerly Veltrassa; Star Trek: Unity)
The military branch of the ISC was the Interstellar Concordium Pacification Army. (Star Trek: Unity, RIS Bouteina, Star Trek: False Vacuum)
RIS Bouteina[]
The ISC did control a sphere of influence that was similar in size and similar in general location as the one described in Star Fleet Battles, only that the ISC bordered neither the Gorn Hegemony nor the Romulan Star Empire. In the RIS Bouteina continuity, the Hydran Kingdom and the Lyran Star Empire border the ISC instead. (RIS Bouteina: "Women's Dark Frontier")
The ISC awarded a contract to the Triple-E Senates for their anti-drug advertisement campaign. (RIS Bouteina: "Drug Wars")
The ISC allowed credit cards in its territory, contrary to the Hydran Kingdom, who did not. (RIS Bouteina: "Credit Card Scholarship")
The toy industry of the Interstellar Concordium was dominated by a Rovilian company named Gwori Heavy Industries. And, also, one of the main galactic toy retailers, Children's Paradise, was under ISC ownership. The ISC even went so far as to operate said shops within starbases. (RIS Bouteina: "Toy Dream")
Star Trek: False Vacuum[]
The ISC won a major victory over the Lyran Star Empire in 2294, in the Thuban system, resulting in one of the few conquests that resulted from the ISC War of Pacification. (Star Trek: False Vacuum: "Structural Unemployment")
ISC law allowed for bounty hunters to operate within ISC borders but the Lyran Star Empire and Hydran Kingdom both outlawed bounty hunting. (Star Trek: False Vacuum: "Pothole Omnium")
