Family and personal life

Navar was a Torothan, a pragmatic man forged by the harsh desert climate of his homeworld. Like all of his people, he sported distinctive facial tattoos, an identifying mark of his clan.

Relationships

Ostensibly assigned to Commodore Prentice's staff as an Intelligence Specialist, Navar was in fact acting under sealed orders, the nature of which not even Prentice had been appraised. As a result, Navar reported directly to his superiors at Starfleet Intelligence, a fact that caused repeated friction with both Prentice and the crew of the USS Intrepid.
