Jean-Michael Lightfoot

Jean was the commanding officer of the USS Defiant in the late 23rd century. (Star Trek: The Intrepid Adventures)

Early life before Starfleet

Jean was born on July 21, 2231 human calendar time on the planet Earth in Quebec, Canada.

Chronology

• 2231: Jean is born on Earth in Quebec, Canada.
• 2249: Jean enters Starfleet Academy
• 2253: Jean graduates Starfleet Academy and is promoted to Ensign. His first assignment is the USS Hannibal as a weapons officer.
• 2256: Jean is promoted to Lieutenant junior grade and assigned to the USS Catulla as a Weapons Officer.
• 2260: Jean is promoted to full Lieutenant is assigned to the USS Enterprise as a weapons officer.
• 2265: Jean is promoted to Lieutenant Commander and assigned to the USS Forrestal as First Officer.
• 2267: Jean is promoted to full Commander and assigned to the USS Coridan as First Officer. 
• 2269: Jean is promoted to Captain and receives command of the USS Defiant.
