Jennifer Cole (Starfleet)

Jennifer Cole was a 24th century Starfleet officer.

During the Dominion War, Cole served as first officer of the USS Angeles (NCC-71840), under the command of her old friend Captain Janice Willcocks. (USS Angeles: The Price of Duty)

After the war, Fleet Captain Cole found her self assigned command of Deep Space 12, the Federation starbase orbiting the planet Ba'ku within the Briar Patch. (Voyages of the USS Angeles)

In 2377, Cole relinquished command of DS12 to Captain Ian Knapp and rejoined the crew of the Angeles. (HF: "Enemy Unknown, Part Two")

In 2383, Rear Admiral Cole commanded the USS Independence (NCC-75015) when the ship came under surprise attack from the Tholians. She was suffered radiation poisoning and ultimately passed away in sickbay with Joseph Johns at her side. (HF: "Hearts and Minds")

Legacy

The USS Cole (NCC-89204) was named in her honor. (Henglaar, M.D.)
