Jessica Mannion (full legal name: Jessica Arkadyevna Mannion) was a carrier captain in Starfleet service during the 25th century.
Biography[]
Pre-Starfleet life[]
Born in Khanty-Mansiysk on Earth in 2370, Jessica Mannion moved to Sovetsk at an early age, where she captained the Sovetsk Direction Senior High swimming team. Due to the death of her biological father before her birth, she inherited her mother's surname.
Starfleet service[]
In 2409, she was part of an attack launched by Task Force 17 in an attempt to disrupt Klingon reinforcements from reaching Starbase 24, engaging a Vo'Quv-class carrier in the process. For her actions during the siege of SB24, and its subsequent retreat of TF17 to Ramatis, she was dubbed one of the greatest carrier captains of her generation. (RIS Bouteina: "Quantic Fissure")
