Jessie Kahangi was a human female active as a cadet in the Federation Starfleet in the early 25th century.
During freshman year at Starfleet Academy Kahangi was in the same battalion as Mizrahi, an officer candidate from Moab III. They were study partners but not close friends. Mizrahi defected when the Moab Confederacy declared independence from the Federation.
