JoAnne "Doc" McStuffins was a member of the crew of the DDV Gansett, a ship of the mysterious inter-dimensional paramilitary organization known as the Scarlett Army.
During the events of the Frontier Day incident in 2401, McStuffins assisted in the treatment of injured, wounded and formerly-assimilated Starfleet officers in cooperation with Admiral Beverly Crusher, surviving officers at Starfleet Medical and the medical teams of the other Scarlett Army vessels.
Shortly after the defeat of the Army of Inter-Universal Chaos, McStuffins oversaw the birth of King William and Queen Sofia's twin children. (30 Worlds: Royal Megaforce: "Masters of the Ultimate Power")

JoAnne "Doc" McStuffins was portrayed by the voice of Kiara Muhammad (later by Laya DeLeon Hayes) on the 2012-2020 Disney Jr. CGI-animated preschool series Doc McStuffins (given the name Dorothy or Dottie for short on the actual series). McStuffins made her 30 Worlds debut in the series' twenty-first story.
