"Joint Mission" was the thirty-fourth "unofficial" episode of Star Trek: Phoenix-X and the tenth "unofficial" episode of the sixth season. It was the thirty-fifth Star Trek: Phoenix-X entry for the Star Trek Online: Unofficial Literary Challenge and was the only Star Trek: Phoenix-X entry for the fifty-first challenge of those unofficial challenges. It focused on Commander Wyn Tressa of the RRW Tetreya.

Commander Wyn Tressa of the RRW Tetreya teams up with Captain Menchez to track down the bald, 23rd century-era Klingon Dova'ch of the House of Mo'Kai.

"A lack of inspiration out here could get us all killed."
