History[]

Born in 2354, on Trill Prime, Joran was raised in a farm area on the planet. At 18, Joran applied to Starfleet Academy and was accepted. In 2376, Joran was commissioned as an Ensign and was assigned to the USS Mitscher as a Tactical Officer. Joran comes from the family that discovered the Tenaran Ice Cliffs on Trill Prime. His family still lives there to this day. No one in his family has ever had the opportunity to become a joined Trill. He joined Starfleet and showed a lot of promise as a Tactical Officer and in 2383 was assigned as a Special Operative to Starfleet Intelligence. After three years of covert operations, Joran was assigned to the 'Artemis as the Executive Officer and after the death of Captain Bruce Dashuria, Joran was promoted to Commanding Officer. (Star Trek: Artemis)

Strengths & Weaknesses[]

Joran's strengths lie in security and tactics. He can be quick to pick a course of action that may not be the best, and hasn't always controlled his temper. He is also still hurting since losing his mentor, Captain Bruce Dashuria in battle.

Ambitions[]

Like all Starfleet Officers, Tenar wanted a command of his own. He never wanted to achieve the command by losing a friend, but now that he has the position of Commanding Officer his goal is to server Starfleet with distinction and protect his crew at all costs.

Hobbies & Interests[]

Joran enjoys relaxing in the holodecks when on Starbase but his main passion is exploring new areas of space.

Behind the Scenes[]

Joran Tenar is portrayed by DavidHawk Actor, most known in Second Life for his time as a professional wrestler. The player behind the man is the same person who ran Star Trek: Artemis as a play by email roleplay who has found new life for the group inside Second Life.
