José E. Cepeda (aka. Joe Cepeda) is a fan filmmaker and fan actor.
He is the executive producer, writer, and director of the fan film series Star Trek: Nature's Hunger where he plays the lead role of Captain Terry Ramses.
Cepeda has appeared as Ramses in other fan films such as Constar Chronicles and Star Trek: Eagle.
He also portrays Captain David Bakara, for the fan film projects Starship Tristan and Starship Firehawk.
Additionally, Cepeda appeared as scientist Stavos Keniclius, in Eugenics Wars (A Star Trek Fan Production).
