Kanril Torvo

Biography

Kanril Torvo lived during the Occupation of Bajor and served in the Bajoran Resistance in Bajor's Kendra Province. He survived the Kendra Valley Massacre, though his father did not. He also lost his left eye fighting the Cardassians.

After the Cardassians withdrew from Bajor, Torvo elected not to join the Bajoran Militia, instead becoming a city maintenance worker in the town of Priyat. ("From Bajor to the Black, Part I", Bait and Switch, The Wrong Reflection)

In the late 2370s he began dating Shora, and eventually married her. Their first daughter, Eleya, was born in 2380, and their second, Teran, in 2384. (The Wrong Reflection)

Torvo owned a Cardassian-built groundcar left over from the Occupation. In 2397 he drove the family to Kendra City to drop Eleya at the shuttleport after Eleya enlisted in the Militia. ("From Bajor to the Black, Part I")

When Eleya graduated from Starfleet Academy in 2403, Starfleet flew the family to Earth for the graduation ceremony. ("From Bajor to the Black, Part II")
