A Kinshaya. (Star Trek: New Horizons)
The Kinshaya were a non-humanoid species from the Beta Quadrant. Their government was a military theocracy known as the Holy Order of the Kinshaya. Despite having little contact with the Federation, the Kinshaya have been in almost constant conflict with the Klingon Empire since at least the early 23rd century.
