Kirsten Clancy

Kirsten Clancy was a Federation Starfleet line and flag officer who became Starfleet commander-in-chief in 2399. (Star Trek: Picard novel The Last Best Hope; PIC: "Maps and Legends", "Broken Pieces")

Fleet Admiral Clancy conferred with Admiral Vandenboss about Eobard Minard and instructed Vandenboss to do "what must be done." (Constar Completed: Wicked Soldier)

In the aftermath of the Frontier Day Disaster in 2401, Clancy signed the order that officially renamed the USS Titan NCC-80102-A as the USS Enterprise-G, acting on the highly publicized recommendation of Christopher Pike Medal of Valor recipient Zenon Kar. Clancy, noting that she had a similar idea even before reading Kar's letter to the Federation News Service, also named Kar as the Enterprise-G's chief sponsor. Starfleet career

In 2381, Clancy was a captain (The Last Best Hope) but had been promoted to vice admiral by 2386. (Star Trek: Picard novel The Dark Veil)

Clancy was played by the actor Ann Magnuson in Star Trek: Picard, and by Madison Spencer Engle in Wicked Soldier.
