Kirvin Tors was a Perikian Bajoran male active as a non-commissioned officer in the Federation Starfleet in the early 25th century. He was rated as an astrometrics specialist.
In 2410 he held the grade of petty officer first class and was assigned to USS Bajor. During a mission in the mirror universe he analyzed sensor records from AKS QuHvaj'Qob to locate the Orb of Possibilities. Commander Birail Riyannis brought him to the subsequent briefing.
