Lieutenant Konrad Baader, M.D. was a Federation Starfleet medical officer on active duty in the 24th century.
He served as doctor of physical medicine of the USS Avenger (NCC-1860) -- reporting to the chief medical officer, Lieutenant Commander Nebran Draxum -- in December 2313.
