Totlh Krotar To'ghelj (Krotmar the Scarred) was a Klingon who served in the Klingon Defense Force during the 24th century. Krotar was the commanding officer of the IKS Rek'trel, a Torath-class starship in the House Kang Fleet Wing 327 during the Dominion War. Krotar also commanded the wing.
