Little Qo'noS[]
A predominantly Ethnic Klingon enclave in Moab III's capital city of Nha Tranh. The Little Qo'noS neighborhood fills much the same role that 'Chinatown' fills in San Francisco (or other cities with similar ethnically influenced regions). The population is not entirely Klingon, or even related to Klingons, it's just that the majority of residents are racially and ethnically predominantly Klingon.
The Little Qo'noS neighborhood is approximately ten square kilometers of Nha Tranh city, and includes Klingon influenced architecture, Klingon Language signage, Klingon themed businesses, and the homes of Ethnic Klingon citizens, as well as other races from the Empire who immigrated, migrated, or fled to Moab III over the course of that colony world's existence. Many of the residents are descended from Discommended, disgraced, Dissidents, or fugitives, including living remnants of Houses long destroyed in the Empire itself.
Like much of the world it's on, Little Qo'noS is more like a mutation of Klingon society blended with Human cultures, rather than a true Klingon Enclave. The th'Lingan Hol spoken has an accent that can be disconcerting to Klingons from the Empire and cultural influences in other ways clash or conflict with "Traditional Klingon Values" to a remarkable degree at times.
During the Fek'Ihri invasion, Little Qo'noS was one of the last areas of the city to fall to the invaders, and held out for nearly 28 days, acting as a safe haven and beam-out point for civilian evacuations, finally falling on the 29th day of the Fek'Ihri ground war, and it was one of the first portions of the Capital to be reclaimed by MCDF and Moab Army Reserve units, serving as a forward base for retaking the city.
Little Qo'noS was one of the last areas of Nha Tranh to be rebuilt after the ground war ended, mostly because that two kilometer by three kilometer area was used as staging grounds for the rebuilding and repair of areas surrounding it.
