Lieutenant Lorraine Vestri was a Federation Starfleet engineer on active duty in the late 23rd and early 24th centuries. (Star Trek: Avenger: "Coda", "A Ringing Announcement")
She was first assigned to the USS Avenger in 2291 as a transporter systems specialist with the rank of ensign. By November 2308, she had been promoted to lieutenant junior grade and positioned as a transporter systems officer. She assisted with the placement of transporter relays to the city of Roontall. Vestri was promoted to full lieutenant by February 2310. She was at the transporter controls to beam the artifact found on a ringworld in Sector 27473 off the ship. ("A Ringing Announcement")
