Lyngon-945

The Lyngon-945 was a Jem'Hadar attack ship in the late 24th century. (Star Trek: Phoenix-X)

History

In 2374, the Lyngon-945 was one of two attack ships that surged out the USS Phoenix-X's weapons when the Phoenix-X unintentionally dropped transit in Dominion space. Disagreeing with their approach, Second Uon'Rog attempted to warn everyone about an anomalous cloud but, after the crew of the Phoenix-X boarded the Lyngon-945 and took it over, they dragged both ships into the cloud in order to absorb its energies for the Phoenix-X. While there, Daniel attempted to make peace with the captured crew of the Lyngon-945 but they instead opted to self-annihilate. With the tractor beam unable to keep the Lyngon-945 stable within the cloud for long, Kugo hacked the ship's impulse to buy them some time. When the Phoenix-X got what it needed, on exit they allowed an aggravated and attacked cloud (by Hinxens-327 and 328) explode and destroy the Lyngon-945. ("The Cloud Aloft")
