The MacLeod Maneuver a battle tactic devised by Starfleet Captain Logan MacLeod in which a starship charges straight at the enemy while faking a warp core breach. The charge and fake breach cause the enemy to break formation, allowing the attacking force to break through the defender's lines. (Star Trek: Prometheus)
MacLeod's invention of the maneuver resulted in him being awarded the Grankite Order of Tactics in 2374.
