Commander Madeline Rhul was a Starfleet officer in the 24th century. She served as the executive officer of Deep Space Station K-7 in 2380. After the destruction of the USS Mata Hari, she worked with that vessel's senior most surviving crew member, Lieutenant Sean Bryce. In the aftermath of a subsequent Romulan encounter, Rhul assigned Bryce as K-7's chief tactical officer. (Junction Point (PBEM))
