Malina was a Orion female and a high ranking member of the Orion Syndicate.
Personal History[]
As a teenager, her mother, a Orion operative, believed that she had an underactive sexual drive. She was taken to Adigeon Prime, where her DNA was resequenced by Dr. Alan Murrow. In addition to boosting her sex drive, Dr. Murrow enhanced her physical and mental capacities. Many of the enhancements he performed on Malina would be utilized in the creation of the Wild Roses (USS Baldwin: "Family Affair")

In 2373, she requested her step-brother, Claude Eccleston, provide her with a human fetus to be transferred into another womb and processed into slavery. Dr. Eccleston choose to remove a fetus, then 4 weeks in gestation, from USS Renegade Jaimie Petrelli, thinking nobody would notice. (USS Baldwin: "Family Affair")
In early 2377, she was responsible for purchasing Kemocite for the syndicate, offering prices as high as 3 bricks of latinum per ton for unrefined kemocite. She also stole kemocite from the Romulans, destroying a warbird to cover their tracks. She was caught when an undercover operative sold her 12 tons of tainted raw kemocite. She was caught by the Romulans with help from the Federation. (USS Baldwin: "Ronax")
Despite being incarcerated by the Romulans, she continued to manage her criminal activities. When the Romulans attempted to shut down her connection to the outside world, she managed to subdue and kill her captors and escape in a cloaked shuttlecraft. She eventually located her step-brother and kidnapped him. (USS Baldwin: "Family Affair") She subsequently sought out Khan Noonien Singh for an alliance, arranged for USS Baldwin captain Patrick Ingrum's kidnapping, and subsequently injured Patrick severely. (USS Baldwin: "Invisible Touch")
She also bribed the Captain of the merchant vessel Nottingham Bella into performing unsanctioned cargo runs on her behalf. When the USS Baldwin was caught monitoring the movements of the Bella, Malina attacked the Baldwin and kidnapped Bridget Ingrum and Mara. Expecting Captain Ingrum to stage a rescue attempt, she was surprised when she got Bridget's sisters, Roslyn Tyler and Valerie Bucyrus instead. Outnumbered, Malina choose to escape and abandon her ship. (USS Baldwin: "Stiletto")
Personal relationships[]
Generally, she uses her sexuality to exploit her underlings. She does have some feelings for Dr. Claude Eccleston, going so far as to call him "little brother." However, these feelings are not reciprocated. (USS Baldwin: "Family Affair") Her Cousin, Mara, has explicitly expressed distaste for her. (USS Baldwin: "Bein' Green")

As a result of her genetic augmentation, her strength, agility, intellect, and sex drive have been significantly enhanced. She is capable of killing by punching a fist hole in her target's skull.
