Biography[]
In 2410, Reynolds held the rank of vice admiral and was stationed in the Delta Quadrant as flag officer-in-command of the Federation contribution to Delta Quadrant Command. Following the ceasefire on Kobali Prime, she dispatched Captain Kanril Eleya to make an offer of peace negotiations to Vaadwaur Overseer Eldex. ("A Voice in the Wilderness, Part I")
Later that year, Reynolds attempted to convince Eldex to lend his support to the war effort against the Iconians, but Eldex refused, stating he couldn't spare the ships. (Beat the Drums of War)
