"Missed the Mishap" (or "Missed the Mishap Remake") was the second part of the third episode of the first season of Star Trek: Phoenix-X, and the second part of the third "Remake" variant episode in the sixth season as a result of its rewrite.

Summary

Gul Meloneus from the Tarak abducts Captain Daniel and Ensign Dan tries not to get relieved by investigating Cetacean ops.
