Mitchell Halliwell

Admiral Mitchell Halliwell was a Starfleet flag officer from the 24th century. Halliwell commanded the Starfleet forces during Operation Blue Room. He was able to recognise the trap set up for his force in the Kumarek system and avoided it. After four hours the battle remained a stalemate until both sides learnt of the destruction of a Dominion supply convoy. The Dominion forces chose to retreat rather than risk been trapped without adequate supplies ensuring a victory for Halliwell's forces. (The Dominion War Sourcebook: The Fires of Armageddon)
