The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) was an agency that was founded by the Lyran Democrative Republic in order to investigate starship accidents and, if necessary, emit recommendation to starship owners and shipyards. Although the NTSB was mainly associated with the LDR and starship safety, the Lyran Star Empire made the decision to maintain the NTSB.
