Nefertiti

Nefertiti was the Great Royal Wife of the Egyptian pharaoh Amenhotep IV (who later became Akhenaten.)

Her true parentage was never discovered (although theories remained about Ay being her father). After ascending to become her husband's equal -- a rarity in ancient Egyptian royalty -- and bearing six children, Nefertiti disappeared from historical records around 1336 BC.

In actuality, Patricia Graves, travelling back to around 1350 BC in order to save Noah Wrightson from an alien threat, became Nefertiti in exchange for Wrightson's return to 2374 and the halt of the aliens' threat to Earth; the aliens' leader Ay agreed.

Wrightson assumed the aliens had killed Nefertiti, but, in actuality, Nefertiti had not existed in the timeline until Graves assumed the identity. (Star Trek: The Cantabrian Expeditions: "Where There's a Man Who Has No Voice, There Ours Shall Go Singing")
