Nelvaan was a flight controller and first officer onboard the USS Antechrist.
He was nicknamed "Mr-I-have-both-hands-on-the-wheel" (as was his photomanipulation actor, Jean Charest, when he still was Prime minister of Quebec) because he wanted complete control over the flight trajectory of the Antechrist. (Star Trek: False Vacuum: "Asteroid Dusting")
He attended a hussade game between the Spoiled Rotten University Glamour and the Quendelton State University Wildcats, which was the first game of Estelle Chanteclerc, as the cleanup of Vrauzon and the distribution of vacuum cleaners that ensued, drew to a close.
