"Neutrality for Beginners" was the third Ragnarok episode of Star Trek: Phoenix-X, a spinoff series utilizing Captain Oroku Seifer from the Star Trek Online: Literary Challenges and Earth Spacedock. The series was posted on the Arc Forums where it was umbrella-titled Anthology of Ragnarok, as well as backed up on the Star Trek: Phoenix-X website.

Summary

Captain Oroku Seifer investigates a Deferi colony world which is being bullied by the Breen Sarr Theln-class warship Leinstien.
