The Nuras class was a type of heavy scout that saw service with the Cardassian Guard during the 24th century.
The Nuras was one of the few Cardassian designs that did not use embedded warp nacelles, instead the ship's elongated half-oval shaped nacelles were connected by pylons that projected backwards from the hull.
