The Nyberrite Alliance was a political body located in the Gamma Quadrant. The Alliance was a long way from the Bajoran sector, according to Benjamin Sisko in 2372, though they enjoyed close relations with the Federation and the Klingon Empire. The Alliance served as the government for the Nyberrite species and had little to no restrictions on other species wishing to join their ranks. (Star Trek: New Horizons)
