Otto Mann was the first Simpson to actually become a flight controller at the employ of the Romulan Guard. He was once known for his love of rock and roll music. His father was a wet-navy admiral with which he never got along. He was also a member of the Triple-E Senates as its lead guitarist, which he joined after Sima Yi left to apply for a slot at Springfield University.
