Pamela Joy DuPuy (Aug 17, 1949 – Mar 28, 2008) was a founding member of the Starfleet International Fan Association chapter USS Achernar as Admiral T'Pam in the 1980s.
Pam DuPuy passed away from diabetes complications in 2018.
