Pfrizzek was a Lyran senior commodore and the commanding officer of Starbase 47. (RIS Bouteina)
He was promoted from commodore to senior commodore after the Lyran Democrative Republic signed the Treaty of Bajor, even if he fought only one of the three engagements of the LDR during the Dominion War. (RIS Bouteina: "Yesterday's Lyrans")
