The Phoenix-X picks up signs of the U.S.S. Voyager in the Delta Quadrant and use the Transwarp drive to rondezvous with them. Working together, the crews of the Phoenix-X and Voyager are able to allow Voyager into one of the Phoenix-X's transwarp conduits. When both vessels return home, the crew of the Phoenix-X find the effects of their actions have caused thier ship to come under the microscope of the Federation. Before they know it, the Phoenix-X's enemies take advantage of the situation and begin to cause more death than needed. Captain Daniel immediately takes what actions necessary to go back in time and stop their own selves from helping Voyager.
