The Puerto Rico-class of Starfleet runabouts were in service during the early 25th century. (Chronicle)
Ships of this class were all named for islands on the planet Earth. As a result of negotiations with the Romulan Free State, each such has a relatively early (second-generation) cloaking device.
At least two were embarked on each of the three Visionary-class explorers. USS Malta ("Best Laid Plans") and USS Ellesmere ("Yesterday is Waiting") were assigned to the USS Witch of Endor, while USS Pitcairn was assigned to the USS Cassandra. ("Catching Up")
