Pyrite is a fan fiction crossover between Star Trek: Voyager and Steven Universe. It is told primarily from the point of view of two original characters: Pyrite, a Gem who has been charged with maintaining the captured Intrepid-class starship USS Baku, and Regan Torra, a Voth petty officer on Harry Kim's ship, the USS Rhode Island.
The story takes place within the Star Trek continuity but integrates Steven Universe characters and the Gem race into the setting; it takes place in the year 2396 (approximately 20 years after the end of Voyager.)
