Quetra was the Commanding officer of the USS Republic in the late 23rd century. (Star Trek: The Intrepid Adventures)

Early life before Starfleet

Quetra was born on June 17, 2227 human calendar time on Cait.

Chronology

• 2225: Quetra is born on Cait.
• 2241: Quetra enters Starfleet Academy
• 2245: Quetra graduates Starfleet Academy. He is promoted to Ensign. His first assignment is the USS Defiant as a Weapons Officer.
• 2250: Quetra is promoted to Lieutenant junior grade and assigned to the USS Kongo as a Navigator.
• 2255: Quetra is promoted to full Lieutenant and assigned to Starfleet Academy as an Instructor.
• 2260: Quetra is promoted to Lieutenant Commander and is made the Chief Helmsman on the USS Saratoga.
• 2265: Quetra is promoted to full Commander and assigned to the USS Achernar as the First Officer. 
• 2269: Quetra is promoted to Captain and is Commanding Officer of the USS Republic.
