Background information[]
- "Resurrections" takes place after Star Trek Nemesis.
- The fic started out on forums until being backed up on a webpage.
- It was envisioned to last at least two dozen or more chapters.
- It was a serious take on Star Trek: Phoenix-X, utilizing the characters and ship, USS Phoenix-X, from the series. Star Trek: The Next Generation characters and the USS Enterprise-E were also featured.
- Brent's Vulcan teacher is Chivaul who later dies in "Evolutions".
- The space station Hecakos is the same space station in "Avalon Battlefield, Part I and II" and is established here as a Nausicaan space station.
- Cide's appearance predates his appearances in Simworld Fleets: USS Yamato and "The New Frontier, Part II".
- Lore's appearance predates his appearances in "Cybernetic Showdown" and "Myths and Lore, Part I". It is also referenced that he was freed two years prior, as mentioned in "Cybernetic Showdown", and is even revealed that he had knowledge of the Mudd-type androids who he later assisted in that episode.
- Tevhan makes an appearance, who was Seifer's friend in "Avalon Battlefield, Part I". It is established here that he is Tarkalean. In that episode, Tevhan's appearance was part of a recurring flashback to 2377.
- The usage of similar Genesis devices appear again in "The New Frontier, Part II".
