Rhea Naylorr

Rhea Naylorr was one of the first Bajorans in Starfleet, serving in the late 23rd and early 24th centuries.

Rhea served in communications billets on USS Avenger from 2292 to 2297. She moved quickly through the ranks to become the ship's chief of communications, with the rank of lieutenant commander, by 2296.

In 2297, Rhea was part of a training cadre aboard Avenger to serve as the senior staff of the starship Bounty. Later that year, she was assigned as the Bounty's executive officer with the rank of full commander. She and several other officers departed Avenger.

By 2302, Rhea was a fleet captain and working in Starfleet's Bureau of Personnel (BuPers). (Star Trek: Avenger: "To Everything There is a Season")
