In 2744, Sabinus was an officer aboard the IRW Chaltok before the entire crew defected to the Federation in opposition of the Romulan practice of running illegal medical experiments on people in Old Neutral Zone. ("New Beginnings", "The Last Place You Look", "When It Rains...")
In 2751, Sabinus was dating Neilson, but he broke it off for, partly, her being Romulan. ("The Last Place You Look")
In 2752, she was still lingering over Neilson and asked Rune Sith to speak to him about it. ("The Last Place You Look", "When It Rains...")
Later, Sabinus was taken to Starfleet Medical and was witnessed during a visit by her uncle Tanik. During a raid to rescue Othoniel Ephraim Rasin, Tanik diverted to also rescue an unconscious Sabinus. ("When It Rains...")
