Sadie Naath was a rear admiral and commanded the construction site of Unity Three Starbase over Azkapanama.
She was known to reassign troublesome but competent crewmen to other units where they could cause less trouble and, once in their new assignments, to promote people on technicalities, for example Ariane Binks and Dunames Lopez.
