Samuel Travis was a Starfleet line officer, then flag officer, during the mid-23rd century. He was the commanding officer of USS Hercules during the Four Years War. (Axanar: Prelude to Axanar)
- In Prelude to Axanar, Travis is shown as an admiral. It is not known if he was one during the Four Years War, or was promoted sometime afterwards.
