Sarah McHugh was a Federation Starfleet science officer on duty in the 23rd century.
McHugh was raised in a quiet farm town in Ireland, but had dreams of exploring the galaxy. She entered Starfleet as a scientist. By 2266, she had achieved the rank of lieutenant commander and was a science officer on the USS Bismarck under Commodore Shrelic.
