Se'Fron was a male Efrosian who served as President of the United Federation of Planets in the late 24th century.
In 2384, he was killed when his presidential transport exploded with him on it. He was succeeded, as president, by Karah Vindenpawl. (Star Trek: Operation Beta Shield)
